OLD WAR LITERATURE
First, let me give credit where it is due. Bill Stevens collected the information which is made available below. If it weren't for him and some very nice peoples donations this information would not be available to the masses. During my visit with his widow I was offered Bill's collection in the hope that his work would not have gone in vain. I'm honored and could have never imagined having this wealth of information and wish to share it as Bill intended to but never had the chance.

When I started my pursuit of building a replica fighter there was little information to go on and what was there was dubious. Guys like Roger Wolf were a great help but I simply couldn't wean enough information to satisfy all of my questions. It's my hope that as you peruse through the information which Bill collected you might feel the gratitude I did when the information floodgates were opened.

Enjoy, there is much more to come! I've got material through 1986 and many more pictures of modern WARbirds! I just need to find time to scan it all!
